Firm

The law firm Gini Turati was founded in 1958 by Atty. Giancarlo Gini. Several years later Atty. Giuliano Gini, specialised in commercial and tax law, along with Atty. Turati Patrizia, specialised in all other legal matters, joined us.

We assist all our clients thoroughly and constantly strives for listening and understanding their needs as well as every single detail related to their cases. We treat each case as unique even though they share similarities.

We act quickly, ensuring the best professional engagement and great efficiency while working on our clients’ cases.

Our main focus is to offer optimal solutions in order to avoid any extra-costs and to act in the sole interests of our clients.

We define ourselves as experienced professionals serving our clients in order to:

  • Deploy all required steps to solve their issues.
  • Minimise time and costs related to the case.
  • Fulfil our mandate.
  • Avoid any delays or sanctions that could undermine the clients’ rights.
  • Correctly interpret national, European and international regulations, as well as agreements and bilateral treaties between countries.

The ongoing evolution of the international trade and the growing complexity in terms of needs for multinational companies, combined with the ongoing changes of the regulations for trade, have forced legal and commercial professionals to a complete change in their mind-set and working methods; they have become more and more all-round international trade consultants able to offer legal assistance as well as commercial advice related to globalization.

Our law firm can cover all this thanks to our long-term experience in the field and to the ability acquired throughout the years.
